our old wedding invitation, 35 years later
Look at our old wedding announcement. Here we are 35 years later. I'm flashing back on all that has happened since that picture was taken. Funny how life is, wow, what a run we've had. I wouldn't change a thing. I love my life, my husband, my children, my sons and daughter in laws, my grandchildren. What a great gift God has given us to come here on earth to see what it would be like to do what our Father and Mother in Heaven were doing. We saw them and said we want to be like you and our Heavenly Father said, OK, and here we are. If we do a good job at it here then God will say, Well done thou good and faithful servant, Come and live with me forever and then God will say, here you go, now you can be like your mother and father in heaven. You have done a great job on the earth now go and have tons and tons of children and you know the rest of the story. HOW FUN IS THAT!!!!!!!!!

Buhler Sisters on TV show Eugene Jelesnik (2nd place): singing Lolly Pop
So funny to see this after 30 years. We aren't smiling because this was our 20th time doing it. Aleesa'a cheek was so sore, we kept messing up on the words and our dance, finally we got it and I guess we weren't too happy, we got 2nd place if I remember right:)

Being silly at moms bday
Mom singing, Daddy's gonna be home.
When we lived on the farm, dad always had something for us to do but of course we would pretty much play around and then when he got home the fun was over and back to work. Judy started singing this song and mom still remembers it. Too funny. Mom doesn't say much so we were surprised when she started singing. I captured it on video. Not too shabby:)

mom's81st birthday 2010
Here we are at moms birthday party. Nice picture, we are at the Beehive home and havin a lot of fun.

We can't have a party without Judy being silly now can we.

Of course the kids had to get in on the act. I think they are having too much fun.

Now we've got the munchkins at the party, too much fun.

Clark, our cousin, made an appearance, we like Clark, he is our favorite, well one of our favorites. Look at Whitley's face like she is wondering who are you?

I found an old picture of Chris and Clark way long ago to show how good of buddies they were and are:)

Time to sing happy birthday to mom, we done good:)

James and John Buhler born April 30th 1968 died April 30th 1968,My mom holding twins Judy and Jane
I found this picture of my brothers James and John Buhler. They unfortunately didn't need to stay on this earth for very long. Just long enough to get a body. They are Celestial beings and will be raised later during the millennium. They were buried together, so sad, they have red hair. They look identical. I was 13 years old. I remember seeing my mother crying and I didn't understand why it was so sad. I told my mother that it would be sad if they were older and we knew them better. She just shook her head and said,"oh you just don't know, you just don't know." I now know how sad it would be to lose a baby. I am crying now as I type this for saying such a stupid thing to my mom. Sorry mom. You are right I just didn't know. Love you James and John:)

I found this picture of mom holding the twins Judy and Jane. She is about 27 years old here, I think. I thought that I would post a happy picture of mom with twins that survived since the last post was so sad. They were born a year after I was. They were numbers 7 & 8 wow, I should've helped mom out more, what a lot of work for her. Especially since there were no huggies or an indoor bathroom:)

Rosanne and Stephen painting the Buhler Ranch sign on the fence many years ago.
I found a picture of Me and Stephen painting the Buhler Ranch fence. I think that is Jane trying to sneak in the picture quick. How many years ago was this anyways? It looks like Stephen is mighty young there, my guess is 25 years ago perhaps. Now the church bought that 5 acres so it will be no more.

Here is the old coal burning stove in our living room. It warmed many a soul comin in the door. If a stove could talk and tell all that went on with those it warmed. Hey that is a bit cheesy on the sentimentals there! Oh well, good memories of the little white house so many years ago.

We signed the papers!!!!!!!!!
This is my hand signing my name after Roy and Connie signed. It's all official now. This plan SHOULD make everyone happy:)

Here is the official handshake, yeah!

Connies signing the papers, this happened on Jan 20th 2010

Dad looking over the contract, pretty exciting huh!

Mom in her snuggy watchin over everything, can you feel the excitement?

Roy is sittin and thinkin or thinkin and sittin'! Hey, you can see the official time too! Way cool!!!

Here's a video of the actual handshake and Gene Slater going out the door. Let's get this done woo hoo everyone is happy:) what a deal. Dad's got his 2.7 acres, Connie gets her money, the family keeps the land in the Buhler name and we can sell when we want to, Roy gets his lot, Mom and dad get money to take care of them for almost 5 years and Sheri is the 2nd signature on the checks. There, we did it, we pleased everyone, tada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to tell about a dream I had the night before we signed. I was at the shop and Connie, Judy, Aleesa and others were dancing around with toilet paper rolls in their hair and throwing toilet paper around. I was holding a baby and asked why they were so happy. They smiled and said because we got the money. Then I said that is so funny! Let me go get my camera, when I got back they didn't have the toilet paper rolls in their hair anymore. I asked them to do the dance again because it was so funny I want to video it. they said it wasn't that funny. Then a lady pulled up in a big limo and unloaded a ton of boxes of sewing. She was done really fast. I said wow that was fast, I would've helped but I am holding a baby. She said I'm not doing that again. Then the baby said, I wanna go home. I said wow you can talk. Then I told Connie I had to go take the baby home. She said aren't you going to stay? I said I need to take the baby home. Then she said please! and I said ok and then I woke up. weird huh but funny too.

Slade's family, Aleesa's family, Judy and James, Trent and the rest that work there. After we went to Marley's Harley's for a burger and fries, Connie's treat, and then to a movie after, tons of fun.
